Employees at Nygaard

At Nygaard is, besides Peter, 9 full time staff members and 3 casual workers. The 9 permanent staff members are all from Ukraine and lives in the basement of the house.

Peter

Almost all routine tasks are delegated to the permanent staff, so Peter is a little overall and takes care of the daily management, reproduction and animal registration. And of course he works a lot in the fields.

Volodyrmyr

Volodyrmyr is responsible for the milkers in even weeks, he takes care of medicine treatment and help when the veterinarian is here. Every second week he clean out in straw stable and ensure that the cows get clean sand in their beds.

Yevheniy

Yevheniy is responsible for the milkers in odd weeks and is also hoof trimming the cows three times every week.The rest of the time he is helping Peter arounf the farm and i the fields.

Vasyl is milking some of the time, but is also helping Peter a lot around the farm and in the fields.

Olegs er vores faste fodermand, og så sørger han for at holde kørne og kalvene sunde og raske.

Vitali is our mechanic. He ensure regular maintenance of our machines, repairing things that breaks and help in the field.

Andrei is milking some of the time, but is also helping Peter a lot around the farm and in the fields.

Artem

Artem is one of the guys on our milking team. We milk every day from 04.30 til 08.30, 12.30 to 16.30 and from 20.30 til 23.30.

Simon works when it is needed and he operates both in the field and for various jobs around the farm.

Martin

Martin comes after school and during holidays and weekends. He is a good worker and helps everywhere.

Flemming

Flemming works mostly in the spring and summertime. He helps keeping nicely in the area, felling trees, building stable houses and whatever there is need for.
